2025 Blessed Music Concert

Organized by Hong Kong Music Platform, co-organized by Blessed Harmony Art and Music & sponsored by Harp Blessings, our Blessed Music Concert took place on 17th April 2025.

We thank you every one who came and join us for the evening.

What We Do

Blessed Harmony Art & Music is an NGO that aims to raise the importance of supporting and assisting the under-privileged and disabled communities in Hong Kong through playing Harp, Music and Art Performance. We believe that anyone should have the opportunity to enjoy, learn or even teach music, regardless of their age, physical or their financial status. Through music, and learning scholarships, we hope to support all those in need and guide those who have lost the right path, hoping to achieve a better future.

Through this charity recital, we hope to provide students with more opportunities to perform and participate in competitions, as well as to offer more support to Blessed Harmony Art & Music. We ask each performer to raise a donation as much as they can afford to support events to be conducted by Blessed Harmony Art & Music. (Tax deduction receipts will be made available to donations of HK$100 or above)

Our programs “Equal Music Learning Program” and “Music On Wheels” especially need your help and donations to continue to thrive.

Equal Music Learning Program

Children’s Kidney Fund

Recently, we have initiated a charitable music project with the Children’s Kidney Fund to deliver harp lessons to children with chronic diseases. Held this April, “Happy Harping Day” provided a chance for children with kidney disease and their families to enjoy harp music.

Principal Chan Free Tutorial World Jockey Club Tai Kok Tsui Talent Development Centre

We have been collaborating with Principal Chan’s Free Tutorial World since 2022, providing free harp lessons to children living in low-income families. Students have been attending classes for over half a year with great passion and will be a great help for other future students.

Rehabilitation Centre

For years, we have been working with organizations serving female drug users, with an aim to guide these young ladies to rebuild their self-confidence and self-esteem through arts and music learning programs, and eventually find their path to shine.

Music On Wheels

From 2015 to 2020, Blessed Harmony Art & Music partnered with SAHK Jockey Club New Page Inn, serving wheelchair users and providing them with free music lessons and an opportunity to perform on stage. We also established Music On Wheels. From 2020 to 2022, the class was conducted online due to the pandemic. And since 2022 we have been collaborating with Christian Agape Life Mission and started to also use the Chinese name “團融樂坊”.

Our values

“From receivers to givers”, we hope our students can apply what they have learned and gain confidence through this recital, and use their energy to touch people’s hearts and inspire people’s minds.

We are confident that the core values of Blessed Harmony are implemented through this student charity recital.

Companion:

We hope to walk together with our disabled students and students with chronic diseases through this charity concert.

Integration:

We have different communities, forms of art and types of instruments performing in this recital. Communities include Equal Music Learning Program which has students with chronic diseases, low income families and former drug users, and Music On Wheels which is formed by disabled people. Forms of art include music, dance and choir performances. And instruments include harp, vocal, flute and piano.

Succession:

Blessed Harmony and Harp Blessings aim to pass the baton on from one generation to another, therefore we let our younger ones try a lot of different positions and roles, hoping that they can help their juniors one day. We have nurtured two generations of students, with the second generation becoming teachers and now teaching our third generation of students which can be seen performing in this recital.
